Live kombucha has to arrive cold, so we deliver it ourselves rather than putting it in the post.

Where we deliver

Hyderabad only, for now. Serviceable pincodes: [to be supplied: serviceablePincodes]. If your pincode is not on that list the shop will not accept the order — we would rather turn it down than send a bottle we cannot keep cold.

When it arrives

Kept cold the whole way

Every order travels refrigerated: [to be supplied: coldChainMethod]. Keep the bottles refrigerated when they reach you.

Delivery charges

[to be supplied: deliveryCharge]. Any charge is confirmed with you before dispatch, never added silently.

If we cannot reach you

Our delivery partner will call the number on the order. If nobody is available we will try once more, the same day or the next. Because the product is perishable we cannot hold it indefinitely.
