Who you are buying from

The product

WHAT FOR? is a live, unpasteurised fermented tea sold in 250 ml glass bottles. It is a perishable food product and must be kept refrigerated. Natural fruit changes with every harvest. Slight differences in colour, aroma and flavour are part of the product; not a defect.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline an order where a batch is unavailable, the address is outside our serviceable area, or the details given are incomplete. Minimum order is 6 bottles.

Price

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Whether the listed price includes GST: [to be supplied: priceIncludesGst]. Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you before dispatch and never added silently.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to order from this site.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the product as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law
